Phone from recovery agent

For last 1 and half years i am reciving calls from different recovery agents for recover of loan which in my life time have never taken or i donnot bear any relationship whith them.

I have many times complained to local branch in porbandar and now i filled compalin at there customer care on 10th sep but today also call was there i have again warned them for the same..

can i take any leagal action against them plz let me know...
