Despite of settling my credit card account 4443410105944001 for Rs. 32000 and collecting the complete payment in 4 installments and even after issuing a settlement letter, Rs. 21000 was blocked from my account & I have been regularly receving calls from ICICI bank to pay my outstanding dues.
Even after filling online complaints and talking to customer care on numerous occasions no action has been taken and finally I was told that the settlement letter number SR107580719 can't be located on their system.
Please advise how can I stop this harassment from ICICI even after making a complete payment of the settlement amount.
