I am merchant establishment for icici bank.

My MID no. is 50099839 and my terminal ID IS 10412126.

I Had RECEIVED ONE PAYMENT OF Rs. 2766.57, vide check no.500701

The process date was 30/05.I had misplaced the check.

I have now found the check.

Please let me know which office of icici bank in mumbai I can take the check to get it revalidated. as it is more than six months old.
