This is with reference to redumption of RBI relief bonds of Amit Sinha ICICI A/C nos 002901032678. There were two ECS credit instruction given by RBI relief bond department on the 31st of March of a maturity amount of 1, 48025 each for RBI realief bond numbers (SHCDL 0010836) & (SHCDL 0010927). We have received just one credit of Rs 1, 48, 0125 on the 31st of March. After probing the matter with RBI, we have found that there is an erronius credit taken place by the ICICI staff.
Request you to kindly intervene urgently into this matter as it is an involvement of Rs 1.5Lacs approximately.
The concerned officers in the RBI relief bond department are Ms Prabha & Mr Amit whoose concerned contact numbers are 011-26445974.
