Hi... This is to inform that i had a bad experience from ICICI bank Cr card Division which i m holding for the past 2years. I also have lot of investments in ICICI.Unfortunately I am about to withdraw all my investments policies from ICICI in Jan next year and has decided to go with Other Govt banks. The ICICI Cr card division suks Big time. I don't Know what the CEO Mr Kamath is doing there. The Cr card Manager Never Comes on Escalation. Some one Please put this across to Mr Kamath so that he can take steps to improve ICICI Bank in all sectors.
