FDR

I have done FDR with your ICICI bank (Ashok Vihar, Delhi) branch (code 0331). But on maturity I have face many troubles & not encash my fdr till date. I have visited 3-4 times to your Ashok vihar branch, & still they are no positive answer for not

maturity of FDR.

When I asked for complaint book ther refuse to give me. So I am not interested to continue business with your bank. Pls relese my FDR with emidiate effect.
