I have purchased this Plug2Surf Whiz USB modem for sending and receiving unlimited number of sms through my customize application.
Actually you should ship library with in the CD for sending and receiving SMS using your device.
As your TATA Indicom Dialer send and receive SMS, user should be able to send SMS from their customize application.
