Savings A/c closed, pay order of balance amt not received

ICICI Bank,

I have closed my savings a/c number 002601049352 with ICICI bank on 7th July. The ICICI bank employe told me that I will receive pay order of the balance amout 5570 Rs. in around 8 working days. But I have not received the pay order till date - 29 Aug. I contacted ICICI Ghatkopar East Mumbai brach where my ccount was present but they told me they need to ask the courier people and then they will get back to me. No one called me.

Please look into this matter.
