Got the reference no 2 days ago but this web site shows no details about the status

Dear sir/Madam,

I got this reference number (1309082362456) to my mobile on 16.09.2008 at 8 AM from ICICI Bank and it was couriered through EXPRESS IT .But I checked out about this reference number in express IT courier website up to now but it shows the status as like below follows. I need to know about my courier details ASAP.
