ICICI Bank
They have blocked my saving account for credit card payment, and not even unblocking after payment is done

Hi,

I have one credit card of ICICI bank. I used to make regular payments but from last four months because of personal issues i was not able to make the payment on time, Finally these fellow blocked my saving account that is also in icici bank and i am not even able to take out single peny.

Sunday 15-06 i called up customer care and raiseD a request, the executive told me once you make minimum payment of 10, 000Rs your account will be unblocked immediately.

Somehow i arranged 11, 000Rs and made credit card payment on 16-06.

Now they are saying account will still be blocked till you don't make the complete payment. The total amount due was 26, 000. After fighting and had tough discussion they raised a request with request number SR6993578 and told me it will take three days to get information whether your account will be unblocked or not.

THIS IS REALLY REDICULOUS ON PART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please do the needful.
