I am Mamta m Patel A Salary A/c. Holder of ICICI bank

& My A/c. No is 006701504202...

My Problem is actually Salary Account is on Zero Balance facility

But withiout intimation in written to me ICICI Bank will transfer

My A/c. to Normal A/c. & Presently My this A/c. Is deactive

& Bank Charged a 1600 Rs. (Quarterly balance charges) & a bank

officer do not close My salary a/c... i want to Close this A/c.

Please Kindly do needful for this..
