ICICI bank courier was not delivered?

It’s third time?

1st time they unable to find my home address but I’ll be receiving all courier forms expect Express IT courier company.

2nd time I approach to ICICIC bank Customer Care Executive sent this courier to my office address, again same excuse.

A courier was sent by ICICI Bank to me in Mumbai with POD No 2700999954 on 24th Dec. It was not yet delivered. Also I trying to calling IT express courier, but their telephone no's is continues riming no body picking this call, after 1 hour I connected to Customer Care Executive & they given me J B Nagar office contact no but phone is not working.

Please let me know when can I received my Courier?

If unable to find they have to call me mentioned no.

It is better you closed down your service rather than insulting us.
