Declining acceptance of the Credit Card

Dear Sirs,

Though I have already cleared all the dues of ICICI Bank Credit Card No. 51763700844002 about two months ago facilities of availing credit facilities as well as availing facilities of cash withdrawal has been denied to me as well as the additional card holder.

I would therefore request you to kindly let me know the status of my above mentioned Card and to ensure that I shall avail the facilities for purchases and cash withdrawal at the earliest and oblige.
