To whom it may concern
I have savings account with ICICI bank. Bank has charged me POS Decline Charge for insufficient balance on 13/04 of Rs 56. If I bank considers it to be customer's mistake of not maintaining the right balance, then why does bank not considers itself guilty when our card gets rejected on many instances for no reason. Why always customer has to pay for his mistakes. And even if bank is paying this POS Decline Charge to some third party (VISA, MASTER CARD Etc), why don't customers get the same charge from bank.
