I have been writing to ICICI Bank-Customer Care several times and also personally visited the Koramangala Branch several times. I personally met Nisha Thomas and others in the branch who are 'so called' customer care people. I also wrote to Sumit Saurabh who i think is regional manager for Bangalore, but no one seems to be botherd. ICICI bank claims to be highly customer friendly in the media with television & big newspaper adds. Is there some one responsible enough at least to revert to the customers??
