Bad attitude from collection department

I, hold my savings account and credit card account from this icici bank

my due date for statement is nov-9th

i started getting calls from the collection dept to make payments from date nov-2nd

i told them that the payment will be made by the due date till then DONT CALL ME

still the agent is asking me why?

hes telling me to make payment asap

plus so rude as if i have taken some loan amt frm his family or him...

i also told him if the payments are not made on time im ready to pay the charges applied to my card ..still he was very annoying and suggested me to make the payment as he will be sending his personell to my home... finally i had to disconnect the call in the middle of the conversation

Nov-9th: morning 8.15 am

the same agent calls me

i told him im out of my home since its a diwali vacation and the payments have been made thru my icici bank account in thane

he still insisting me to give the details ..

i explained him CALMLY that i was out on a vacation trip and i DONT CARRY MY CHEQUE BOOK

so i cannot give uthe cheque details

He rudly said why dont i carry the cheque book

i also told him this will also reflect the payment by monday in ur icici bank still he could not understand

either icici bank is heiring dumb guys who cannot understand the customer support or the bank itself wants a bad reputation on its name

or the best part is to DISCARD SUCH LOUSY BANKS
