i am amit kumar, my employe id is 7512736 i am working in icici bank, investment and services deptt.
My problem is that i have been working in icici since two years, first i was handling the demat services but later i was transfered to investments. My SM name is Mr. Navneet kapoor (emp code 160412) and my RSM name is Mr. Jaipal sinhmar. Navneet kapoor is looking two branches of delhi, i.e green park and safdarjung enclave. In the month of may in 2008 my salary was deducted because of absent, in june and july same thing was happened, but i was present in whole three months.when i asked my SM he told me that the RSM is new and he doesn't know the process to mark present, and he assured me that we have taken an approval and your remaining salary will come next month.months are passes by but my salary hasn't come. Now in january'09 same thing happened my whole momth salary got deducted in the absence instead of my presence.
i asked my SM he told me that there is mistake in mumbai because of HR.we had send LOP for your salary.
Now sir you tell me how can i believe them it happening with me again and again
sir please help me out.
