Fraud loan activity in my name

Sir/Mam

On 18-Jan at 3:38pm I received an e-mail from ICICI Bank asking me to pay an EMI of 18320.

I have never taken a loan from any bank. I have no clue whatsoever about this loan. I am a part time student who works for his monthly expenses and to support my family.

The message reads :

'EMI of Rs. 18320is overdue for your ICICI Bank Loan Ac LVMUMXX7328, as on 31-Dec. Please pay immediately in cash at any ICICI Bank branch.'

I don't know what to do. I'll speak to the Branch Manager of our local branch.

This is the first thing I am doing for this issue i.e., registering a complaint with you.

Please, suggest as I m unaware how to respond for this situation. ASAP.
