Delay in issuing the Internet Banking Password

Dear Sir,

I have two saving accounts with ICICI Bank, from last four months i was outside the country and the only way to do the transaction is thru net banking.

i have amount of RS. 500000 available in one of my ICICI account, while in another account i have only 5000. I submitted request for the internet banking pin on 7th november and still waiting for the password.

I have paid more than RS. 5000 in calling icicibank customer care for the new password, but still no resoultion of my problem.

at the same thime they have charged me in another account for not maintaining the avrage quarterly balance of Rs 5000 in last quarter.

due to all this i have paid hefty penalty on my credit cards. Amount of Rs. 500000 locked in ICICI bank account from past 4 months.
