I have applied for a Personal Loan through HDFC and came to know that my loan got rejected based on the CIBIL report which states that i have an overdue of Rs.79, 237 based on a loan with loan account no: LPCHE00007577563.
The applicant of LAN: LPCHE00007577563, is Mr. Vinodhkumar was a very old colleague of mine who was basically from Pondicherry and my name and contacts would have been given only for the referential purpose as i am basically form chennai.
After 2005 i never had any contact with him. I dont even know whether he is dead or alive now.
As a surprise from ICICI BANK (India's 2nd largest bank & INDIA's 1st Fraudulent Bank) my name as been added as a CO-APPLICANT.
As a procedure of documentation, I came to understand from one of the bank's very own callcenter executive (044-42088000) mentioned that a co applicant has to be a blood relation with the applicant.
Now i am sure that the entire bank process has been involving into false documentation in this case.
1.Without being a blood relation, how could i be added as a coapplicant.
2.How could a bank consider a co applicant without any legal documents signed and verification documents provided for supporting the relationship of the applicant.
3.For the past 5 years i have been using the same mobile no. and i have not got any kind of followup calls for the payment which has to be made or things for verification.
4.A basic telephonic verification was done at that time as i have given my contact as a reference since i am basically from chennai.
5.If as mentioned by the bank if i have submitted documents for verification what are those documents and i would request you to produce me the scanned copies of the same.
I am writing down this case as i need someone who can really help me in legally sueing this kind of cheater's and put an end to these fradulent companies sucking our blood.
Please refer a person who can seriously handle this case.
