I had open a SB account with ICICI bank, Borivali Branch. AT a time of opening an account staff member of the Bank issued me a Debit Card for which according to her no charges would be debited. Later in 3 days time i did internate banking and trf my funds. Bank send me SMS that 111/- has been charged as debit Card Transaction charges.
Why my hard earned money is been debited. I asked the staff member well in advance about that. We donnot want DR. Card, Bank says for i-banking Debit card is necessary. Debit card requirement for internate banking is Bank's requirement and not mine. Please do consider my request and take action againt this and give a justice to geniuen customers. Thank You.
