Payment not made

I have been following my payments for the last 5 years... and ICICI Bank has failed to make the payment. I am shocked that they have been unable to make a duplicate chque for 6 laks in 3 years. Either they do not want to make the payments or they do not have the money to make payments.

I even escalated the matter to the GM level... Also brought the matter to the auditors B S R & Co (KPMG)

Nothing has happened.
