I am the holder ofICICI Bank credit card bearing No. 4076515051427001. They are not sending me any payment bills and every now and then charging fine of Rs. 400/- I requested them to cancel my card byt all is falling on deaf ears. Till date I have paid unnecessary fine of Rs. 1500/- but still my card is not cancelled. I want to lodgged a complaint against them.
