First time cheque not clear and phone calls for unpaid amount

Sir,

First for icici bank ltd. i have a saving acount with icici bank my ac no - 000401521216. i give cheques to city financial against for my personal loan for my emi. the amount is 2521/- pm. the emi deduct every month on 05. this month the emi not deduct from my acount. on 06 mar i got a sms your cheque 327293 dishonoured. when i chequed on the reson shows due to alternate in date / figure but the same chaque cleared on 14 mar 09 without my any alteration / sign / city financial done anything on that. when my cheque dishonoured on 06 mar 55/- charged the bank from my acount. If i can not do any thing why the cheque cleared second time. i visit the icici rn mukherjee branch, kolkata today at 1915 hrs at counter no 15 tne executive replys me sir every month same amount deduct from your acount so that we clear second time so that you are not in trouble.

Second for city financial. when i take loan the bank take me 19 cheque in advance and the same will be produced every month on 05. every cheque i signed in advance nothing written on that. the city financial every month write the amount and the date on that and send it to icici bank for clearance. but this month my cheque have problem i called the costomer care delhi 011-39001111 the executive told me sir you wrote the amount and date on that some mistake done by you so that the cheque dishonoured. 14 mar 09 onward i received a lot of calls from the city financial agents your unpaid amount is 2521/- clear it. daily i told to the agents already second time my cheque is cleared but these people not beleve on me. today the agent told me when our system shows your debit is clear after that we not call. but these people not in position to listen any thing. why the city financial not yet update in system so that his agent inform. i call regarding this matter to costomer care again on delhi no and kolkata no these people told me we cannt do any thing becouse this call is from collection department again i call the sells department they also say sorry and sugest me to abuse them when they call. when i call back the nos from i got call no body replys. what i can do.

sir main fault create by icici bank second the city financial why not update timly my emi.
