This is to inform you that i am holding ICICI Bank Credit Card since 2006 but this is the first time that there was a online transaction done on 20/11/08 through my credit card to TATA INDICOM, Mumbai. Where i don't have any TATA INDICOM connection and i am fully settled down in kolkata itself. After receiving the statement i saw that there 8 transaction done through my credit card of Rs 10588/ on 20/11/08.I have loged a complain to ICICI helpline they gave me a service request no. SR90578615 (as 90days have passed it is now invalid). Till date the problem is not yet solved but again i gave a complain to ICICI helpline and the second request no.is SR99441274 on 09/02/09.I have send fax to ICICI Bank, Mumbai with all the details till date there is no solution. After complaining twice they have send a person from the collection team at my residence on 12/03/09.Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
