Dear Sir,
I had a personal loan with icici bank ltd, i foreclosed it and have a reciept with me, now they are not giving me the NOc and they have even leined the EMI amount from my account and they are not giving me back.i mailed them many times but no reposnse from head office too.local branch and collection peoples also not responding in this matter.kindly suggest me wat to do
