Dear sir / madam,
Pl. note I had paid amount Rs.2127/- & Rs.4100/- against bill of Credit card No. 5176 3770 3854 5009, but the outstanding amount shows in the current statement was less & also statement not contains receipt of the credit of above mentioned amount.
You are requested to please check last 2 months statements of my credit card & negative balance (credit amount) should be reflected in next statement.
Pl.look into this matter urgently so that I can use your card freely.
