Excess debit directly from saving a/c

Dear sir /madam, i have a personal loan from u having a/c no LPDEL003998398, on September i settled this a/c in Rs 50500/=, against this 37564 Rs i gave to u, after that you have debited unauthorized and without my permission from my saving a/c no 046101501876 Rs 29328 in October month.By this Rs 16392 is excess withdraw from my a/c. This is against law of consumer, so i have to request you to return that amount to me and close my loan a/c after gave me noc for that a/c, otherwise i have no alternate to go to consumer court, also note myno 9811928840, 011 20316840
