Not yet received PF settlement fund

I Rachendra samal emp id- 80791, I joined with ICICI bank as SRE BBG group dt-23-06,

and live from icici bank june. I appled for PF settlement month of February some of points are to be rectified the docs is return back to me month of april again the documents rectified me and send it back to Mumbai PF office.

So that I could get my settlement easier.
