I have a personal Loan from ICICI Bank with the loan account no

.Today morning I called to your customar care to enquire that how much is pending, Your executive informed me they don't have the facility to see this so they will send me a forclosure statment and also informed me by sending the statment it doesnot mean that I am placing a request of closing the the loan. I just enquired how much it is pending, I am not closing it. I received a statment at 9:28 pm in the evening where one line is mentioned
"We have taken the date of foreclosure as May 28. For each day beyond this date an additional
interest will be charged at the rate of Rs 18.35 per day.
"
When I am not at all interested to close the loan how can you send me this kind of statment with this kind of infomration?
