Greetings Dear Sir / Mada,

I have been requesting for the regular service for issuing me the statement, quartely, which is not payable, and stated while taking up the service for saving account.

I usually dont receive on the regular basis, though after doing the follow-ups. hence kindly arrange to fix the same and please do the needful.
