ICICI service relating personal loans are very bad, i applied for a preapproved loan online later no body bothered to come and collect the documents from me. I myself went to the bank and submitted the documents later after several days executive informs that internal check has rejected my loan with no reasons. really bad on a private bank perspectively i am ICICI customer from so many years and not a defaulter.
