DEAR SIR,
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT MY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD NO. IS 4477460729726002. IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER'07 I HAVE CLEARED MY ENTIRE DUES WHICH LIES IN FAVOUR OF MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS PER THEIR SETTLEMENT LETTER. AND AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION REP. HAS MENTIONED IN THEIR MONEY RECEIPT THAT FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT RECEIVED. BUT, AFTER THAT IT HAS ALREADY PASSED 1 YEAR AND THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDE ME THE N.O.C. FOR THE CARD.
ALSO, I CAME TO KNOW WHEN I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE CAR LOAN THAT STILL THE CARD SHOWS THE OUTSTANDING.
KINDLY, HELP ME.

on the other hand i have cleared my entire dues of my s.b.i. card no.4317575036258615. in the month of september'08. as per their settlement letter. and they have also mentioned in their money receipt that full and final payment received. but. still today i have not received any n.o.c. for the card.also, still they have not withdraw my name from the cibil and still the card shows the outstanding. please help me.
