Harassment on phone by ICICI Bank DSA

I'm getting undue harassment due to quoting of my mobile no. 9810914190 by Mr. Swami (E-mail address- swami_icc@indiatimes, com) resulting in FALSE SMS ABOUT HIS CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS for his A/c no. 6003 in Delhi. I don't ve any A/c in ICICI bank. Prevent this harassment due to disinformation by Mr. Swamy & rectify ur records.
