INTENTIONAL FRAUD, CHEATING

I HAVE ICICI VISA CARD.

FIRST FRAUD: Whenever i pay the due th' cheque it was credited after last date.

SECOND FRAUD: crediting in cc account with part amount of cheque amount. (is it a bank?)

THIRD FRAUD: for the part amount due charging late payment fee, interest charges etc.,

FOURTH FRAUD: again after 4 months telling that cheque was returned and threatened th' phone to pay the due once more.

FIFTH FRAUD: without solving this fraud again part payment for next cheque and continues as usual.

WHAT A GREAT FRAUD BANK! DOING INTENTIONAL CHEATING, FRAUD, FORGERY etc., CREATING MENTAL TORTURE TO CUSTOMERS.
