I had received credit card statement on 09th Aug.07 which has lot of discrepancies
The statement shows there are few transactions with ESEVA, Hyderabad which is not correct Most shocking fact to me is I have never used this card (Card no: 377041383168001) so far. It is still sealed. According to ICICI customer care another credit card on my name had been delivered to someone in Hyderabad. I am not able to understand how this could happen.

I have raised the dispute request SR33338471 on 10 th Aug, 07.After that another request SR36804056 on, 5th SEP, 07. I was told that I will get the update within 7 working days. I didn't get any. After that on 12th Dec, 07 when I mailed them again regarding this, they told they have reinitiated another request with this reference number and it will take 60 working days. And it's going on and on and I never got any update. Suddenly they have deducted amount of Rs. 22236.52 from savings a/c to this credit card. And the status of those request is still processing.
