I am the Manager of Style Bazar, Palode, Trivandrum, Kerala. One day ICICI's sales team contact me and offer credit card wiping machine in our bazar. They told within 15 days they. They take cheque of Rs.5000/-, last of July. Then they periodically sent the receipts. Now our Rs.5000/- is only Rs.4451.65/- it's still reducing. But we dont' get that machine. We contact sales persons and ICICI, they told it's reach within days. No we reach around 4 months, but not yet get that machine! Now we are ready to move Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India. Beware of All Merchandisers!
