Icicidirect.com is an online share trading company, we opened a/c in 2004. Recently i got a letter from their mumbai office, stating they have lost the documents for all their customers, now requesting us to submit the new application or otherwise the will block the a/c. Really we don't know, how can they lose the documents. What risk management process do they have? What about their BCP? How can we trust them?
My request is, they should not block the a/c like that, they should allow some time like 6 months to submit the a/c and they should issue the credit note for all their customers.
