Non reduction of interest rate by ICICI

I am Rakeh Behl have taken housing loan from ICICI during april. ICICI has increased 5 times interest rate from 7.75% to 12.75% with in span on 18 months. But now its time to reduce the rate as per RBI policy ICICI is relluctant / silent.

This is simple chating of individual home customer.
