From last one month I am requesting ICICI Bank Customer Care Serive to provide policy document for interest calculation mechanism based on part payment done by Home loan customer. But am deeply pain to state that they can't provide such basic policy document. I think they can’t provide policy document due to 3 reasons.
(1) ICICI Bank is not such mature bank, which have policy document for interest calculation mechanism based on part payment done by Home loan customer
(2) ICICI Bank follows unfair trade practices and unscrupulous exploitation of customer
(3) ICICI Bank customer care is useless who can’t provide the policy documents which ICICI Bank have already provided to them and willing spoiling brand name and goodwill of ICICI Bank in competitive market.
I hope to get fruitful response with policy document from Customer Care department of
