Same property two home loans are active

HI,

I brought a property from one of ICICI bank manager. i don't know that time what are the documents to be ask from seller. Bank has sactioned loan and property is registered. This is an internal BT. That manager already taken oneloan on this property. without closing that home loan they issued another home loan to me . both are active and paying emi. flat register to my name. That manager stopped to pay the emi. collection managers came to my home and saying that manager is due the amount. but i didn't taken NOC from that icici manger. Now ICICI manager left from the company and gone to states.

How can i solve this issue? almost ipayed 20 installments.

Please tell me somebody how can i proceed that.
