I have a complain with ICICI life insurance.
I had taken one police from ICICI life insurance with ECS facility of Rs.667 in November. They were debiting policy amount from my canara bank account through ECS. They had debited till August and september ECS they are telling in my canara bank account the account name and number is wrong.
My question is if in my account my name is wrong then how they have debited amount from my same account till nine months.
They have sent me a letter stating that the same reason what i have discuss above.
So please guide me what i have to do and give me solutions. Please do the needful regarding my complain.
