My name is Amit parashar, Claim No:- MOT00761986 is having problem with ICICI Loambard very badly. I had choosen Loambard as i feel that it was no. 1 insurance company in india but recently with his services i feel that it is providing very worst services in india.
My Motor cycle :- DL3SAY 1506 was stolen 3 months back & after that i had submitted each & every document to Loambard & that time they told that i will receive my claim amount with in 15 days. but it's going more than 3 months but i have not received any positive response from Loambard.
I had a word with 2 executive & manager of Loambard :- Vishal (9953620018) & Ashok (9871626568) ergarding my refund of Insurance amount but i surprised to knoe from vishal that ICICI Loambard was having some technical problem & due to this they are not able to provide my Insurance amount with in TAT.
Please suggest me is this is the way to treat with customer who is having faith in such bank.
I hope this email will give some work to do for customer as i am also working with customer service industry but from my side i never treated customer like this.
Kindly revert me for more clarification.
