I received call from Agent, he said if you swap card if you swap credit card then we debit only 267 RS from account and we will provide health insurance, one agent come to me and swap my card but he provided Bill of 3200 Rs, when I complaint to him he said we have debit only 267 Rs from your account, this bill is only for you information, hence I ask to him that this is froud with me and I dont need any policy from your end, also request him to cancel my transection which was done wrongly,
He said it not possibel from my end, need to speak agent who call you, when I call agent number he said you need to cancel my policy, when I ask to provide me cust care number, she refused to it. finally I got cust care number and I logged request for cancellation of my policy. agent said as a cancellation charged they debit 800 RS from my acctount and they will refund 2400 RS an refundable amount, On 13 apl 08 I received SMS that request copleted, but still amount is not yet credited. Now My HDFC bank charge me his Raste of intrest for this amount, I called several time to cust care of ICICI lombard still I havent received any resolution from their end, request you to please take necessory action and also help me to refund my amount with rate of intrest whichis charged by HDFC to me. Please help..
