2 months ago i received a call from hyderabad for icici lombard general insurance giving me some detail on the policy, within 2 weeks they couried me the policy forcebly and debited the amt. from the icici credit card, when i inquired with their customer care service of icici lombard, they say for cancellation of the policy they will deducte Rs. 3, 500/-(for what?). And now each day 2 or 3 calls on my cell with different name from icici bank and Mr. Sameer from icici bank came to my residence and threth by family to keep ready cash or cheque for the above payment... why my parents are pressurised when they are not involved in the whole transacation... they to are depressed with this behavaiour of icici bank, i was upset with the whole issue, and 2 days back they deducted the whole amt. of Rs. 12, 944/- from my salary account of icici without any information or any confirmation from my end... do we stay in democratic country???
