21 Days till not received polivy documents

Hi,

I online purchased ICICI Lombard policy in the name of my wife Mrs. Lalita Baviskar with policy number - 4034i/FFH/W-482033/00/000 dated 8-Jan-09. As per discussion with ICICI executive it was committed to deliver policy documents on communication address with in 8 days, but till date neither policy doc. nor any communication from your end.

Please help me out.
