Greetings
My name is Bharat Singh residence of S-50a, Sunder block, Shakarpur, New delhi-110092, i am a consumer of ICICI bank.
I have taken a loan of Rs 100000 from ICICI in March since then i am continously paying my EMI which is Rs 2783. They have some technical issue because of which it never got clear through ECS but i have always paid by cash or cheque.
I got a call from ICICI agency on May 8th asking for the payment. The telecaller insisted to have a two hour slot for sending the executive. I gave the time 1100 to 1300 for May 9th. No one turned up to take the payment but i got two call around 1500, One from field executive who harrased me and second from Telecaller who was saying it was my fault and i should have been at home at 1500 as well. I asked them to send the executive next day.
Next day i.e 10th may (sunday) i got a call at 7.30, i was sleeping and i asked him to call later as it was too early for sunday. I again got a call at 10.30 and this time he abused me, Harrased me & threatened me of Financial reputation and losses.
Since then i havent paid any EMI and daily i am getting calls from these telecallers asking for the payments. Every time i tell them to send the same executive whose name was Gaurav to collect the payment or send me an apology mail and collect their due EMI.
I havent received any apology since now. These telecallers have harrased me enough and now i am very depressed.
Kindly take some strict action...
