After paying money they are neglecting

One day I am received one call from ICICI Prudential call center i.e, for tax saving investing propose some good polices we have they told and they send one marking executive. Regularly he is meeting to me and explaining their products. After regular connection with me I am agree to pay two policies against my kids through credit card Rs.15000/-. The same amount debited in my accounts Rs.7, 500/- on 5th May and Rs.7, 500/- on 7th May. After so much follow-up I am received only one policy ref. no.: 08968161. Even I am not received one more policy still today. Daily I am calling so many times the marketing executive and the same time Customer care of the ICICI Prudential. They are not responding properly.

So in view of the above ICICI Prudential people are not interested to give good service after taking their products and also please justice in my request.
