Dear all

My self Manoharlal Tahelyani i am having one policy no 03062964 with ICICI PRU LIFE on the name of my son, I want to change the name of proposal, Please send me soft copy to change the proposal or guide me how to change this.

I want to add my son's name in this policy. Now onwards my son PAresh Tahelyani wil pay the premium.

I just want to inform you that i had given the request before one year but there is no any kind of action taken by your rspactable people at godhra.
