NON RECEIPT OF DOCUMENT

Sir,

I was waiting for an important mail from ICICIPRU life Ins, however I was told by the Rep of Customer Care of ICICIPRU that my mail has been delivered to me and it was signed by Neeraj/Ritesh/Gullu on 11 of Nov 09. Nobody in my family is in such name, if at all these document would have been handed over, why the delivery boy has not asked any Id proof / autnonticity from the persons, who is receiveing the mail on my behalf.

Please look into the matter and out come of the complained be intimated to me at the earliest. My Consignment mail No. was 2771949095.
